1. Be sure to add lubricating oil every time after cleaning, wiping or cleaning the lifting chain with solvent.

3. Ways of lubricating chain tools

(1) Lubricating chain can be used. After heating the butter, it flows into the friction surface of the bypass transmission. This method is that the lubrication is more thorough, and the adhesion of the butter is stronger, and the use time is longer.

(2) Lubricate the chain with a brush. The procedure is to fill the chain with lubricating oil with a brush or an oiler, as much as possible once every 8 hours under working conditions.

(4) Lubricate the chain by spraying oil. Oil injection lubrication is to supply a continuous flow of oil to each transmission chain. The oil should be added to the inner side of the chain ring, exactly aligned with the ring joint of the chain plate, along the slack side of the guide chain with uniform chain width.

4. Penetrate the lubricating oil into the bearing part of the chain, and then let it become viscous or dry. This can surely lubricate the parts of the chain that are easy to wear.

5. Confirm whether you are using suitable lubricating oil, you can pour some on your hand and test it. A good lubricating oil may feel like water at first (penetration), but after a while it will become sticky or dry (long-lasting lubrication).

6. In order to avoid excessive lubricating oil accumulation and blockage, it is only necessary to apply oil to the key parts of the chain. After oiling, it will reduce the wear and abnormal noise when the chain is running.

7. Just use a little lubricating oil to prevent rust in other positions of the chain.

8. Wipe off excess lubricating oil on the surface of the chain.

9. As far as the transmission car is concerned, the rear transmission pulley, gear and flywheel should also be paid attention to in the same way. Use the same principles to maintain and lubricate these parts.

10. After applying lubricating oil, use a dry cloth to wipe the excess oil on the chain to avoid adhesion of dirt and dust. Before reinstalling the chain, remember to clean the interconnection of the chain to make sure that there is no dirt left. After the chain is cleaned, some lubricating oil must be applied to the inside and outside of the shaft before assembling the joint.
